Uplift Community Church of God is a young church made up of people who love our community. We have a heart for reaching those in our community who are far from God with the good news of who He is and the hope that He has to offer.
Our prayer is that we will be a shining light in our community that clearly displays the love that God has for everyone, that our love for our community will impact others in a way that causes a desire for a personal relationship with Jesus, and that God will use us to equip those who attend here to reach out and minister to those who are not being reached with the message of Jesus Christ.
Maybe you are checking out our website because you have heard about us and are curious about who this God is that we talk about. You are searching for information and understanding , but haven't felt comfortable in other churches. YOU ARE WELCOME HERE. Our service is casual and music is uplifting. So Come As You Are! We would love to meet you and help you along the path of discovering the awesome love that God has for you!
Maybe you have been around churches for a while and already have a relationship with Jesus but you are looking for the church God is calling you to be a part of. If your desire is to be in a church that keeps God's word central, is intentional about sharing the love of God, discipleship, and serving others outside the church, we would love to have you join us!
Fellowship within the church body is important. Therefore, Uplift is intentional about offering fellowship opportunities.
(ex. fellowship meals and game nights.)
Discipleship is not just something that we should be involved in, but it is something that we, as the church, are commanded to do. Uplift is intentional about offering discipleship opportunities through the building of relationships and small groups geared toward spiritual growth.
Our community is really important to us. As a church body, we are actively involved in ministering to the needs of folks throughout Dauphin County through our partner ministry Isaiah 61 Ministries as well as local outreach events and projects we host each month. If you have ideas on how we can better serve our community please submit your ideas through our contact page or feel free to discuss them with our pastor.
